We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Machia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Prohibited Content and Monetization
Machia strictly prohibits the use of its platform to create, share, or monetize content that falls within the following categories:

• Adult content and services: Any content containing nudity, sexually explicit acts, or adult services (including subscriber-only adult images, videos, or live chats).

• Intellectual property infringement: Content that violates or misuses the intellectual property, trademarks, or proprietary rights of others.

• Copyright-infringing content: Unauthorized distribution or monetization of copyrighted works, such as leaked music, films, or other protected materials.

• Violent extremism and hate speech: Content that promotes, celebrates, or incites unlawful violence, terrorism, or hate against individuals or groups based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, or other immutable characteristics.

Any attempt to monetize such content will result in suspension or termination of the user’s account and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

13. Repeat Violations Policy
Machia maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward repeat violations of these Terms of Use and our Acceptable Use Policy. Users who are found to repeatedly engage in prohibited conduct—including but not limited to the monetization of restricted content, infringement of intellectual property rights, copyright violations, or activities promoting violence or hate—are subject to escalating enforcement actions. Enforcement actions may include:

1. Warnings and content removal – Initial violations may result in removal of the infringing content and a warning to the user.

2. Account suspension – Continued violations may lead to temporary suspension of account access, including restrictions on the ability to publish or monetize content.

3. Permanent termination – Users who persistently or egregiously violate our policies will have their accounts permanently terminated.

Machia reserves the right to bypass intermediate enforcement steps and move directly to account suspension or termination in cases of severe or intentional violations.
